About us
Who we are and how we help
We are an independent travel-compliance company helping citizens of visa-free third countries to apply correctly for their ETIAS travel authorisation. Our team guides you through every step with precise advice, plausibility review and thorough data control — so your application is complete and correct before submission.
The most common reason for ETIAS rejection is incomplete or inconsistent answers. We reduce that risk significantly by checking every answer for internal consistency before submitting to the official EU channel — and pointing out anything that looks off.
Note: we are not affiliated with the EU. The decision is made exclusively by the ETIAS Central Unit and, where applicable, the competent ETIAS National Unit.

Who needs an ETIAS?
An ETIAS travel authorisation is required for citizens of visa-free third countries who want to travel to the Schengen area for short stays (max. 90 days within any 180-day period) for tourism, business, transit, family visit or short study.
Eligible nationalities include over 60 countries — among others the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Israel and many more.
EU and Schengen citizens do not need ETIAS. Visa-required nationalities need a Schengen visa instead of ETIAS. Dual citizens with an EU + ETIAS-eligible passport do NOT need ETIAS when they enter using their EU passport.

ETIAS validity and length of stay
How long your ETIAS is valid, how long you may stay per visit — and what to do when it expires.
Validity
Your ETIAS is valid for up to three years or until your passport expires — whichever comes first. Multiple visits are possible during that period.
Length of stay
The Schengen 90/180 rule applies: up to 90 days of stay within any 180-day period. Tourism, family visit, business, transit or short study allowed — no employment, no long-term study.
Renewal
ETIAS cannot be extended. Once your ETIAS or your passport expires, you need to apply for a fresh ETIAS before the next trip. We remind you automatically.
ETIAS requirements
Passport
Valid biometric passport, valid for at least 3 months beyond the date of departure and not older than 10 years.
Personal data
Complete personal data per EU Regulation 2018/1240 — name, surname at birth, date of birth, nationality(ies), address, occupation.
Payment method
Valid credit or debit card. Our service fee and the €20 EU fee are shown separately.
Email address
We notify you by email at every status — a valid email address is required.
ETIAS decision
After submission, the ETIAS Central Unit and, where applicable, an ETIAS National Unit review your data against EU databases (SIS, VIS, Europol, Interpol). Around 95% of applications get an automated decision within minutes. In the rare case where additional checks are required, processing can take up to 96 hours, exceptionally longer.
Your ETIAS is approved!
- You receive a confirmation email with your authorisation details.
- Your ETIAS is digitally linked to your passport — you can travel to the Schengen area as often as you like during the 3-year validity (max. 90 days per any 180 days).
- Enjoy a smooth trip.
If your application is refused, you receive a notice with reasons.
- Most applicants can correct the issue (e.g. update incorrect data) and reapply — we help.
- If permanently refused, a formal appeal procedure with the competent ETIAS National Unit is available.
